"Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon.
We contacted A1 Garage Doors and they actually responded to the phone on Saturday even though they were out fishing in Tampa Bay!
Roger promised to come out on Sunday morning to repair the door. He arrived at our house as planned on Sunday morning and explained that due to the heavy weight of the door,
the largest springs were necessary to support the weight. Roger went to work and replaced the broken springs with new ones. He also replaced the door bracket.
The garage door now operates much better with the larger springs. We are very pleased with Roger's work. Also, he did not charge us extra for coming out on a Sunday to do the work.
Overall, we could not be any happier with our selection of A1 Garage Doors to repair our garage door."

"It went great! They scheduled the appointment promptly, arrived exactly when they said they would arrive.
This is a family business and they are the nicest people. They completely reconditioned my garage door, lubricating, replacing rollers, adjusting springs,
even added a string so I could detach it from the opener if I needed to. The garage door was actually giving us trouble, now it is so quiet and smooth, I can hardly believe it!
I would definitely use this company again and plan to call them to replace my garage door opener when I'm ready."

"I was delighted to find Roger and Julie responsive, professional and personable.
I received a convenient appointment time when I called; and on the day of my appointment, a thoughtful call from Julie to alert me to their imminent arrival.
They did the work quickly and efficiently. My garage door is vastly improved - much quieter. Further, Roger explained how I can maintain it effectively and told me what products to use.
This was the kind of experience I wish every service company provided."

"Wow - I can't say enough good things about this company. Roger and his wife Julie were so professional, knowledgeable, and just plain great to work with.
I called on a Monday, and he was able to give me a free estimate that same day. By Thursday, the door was installed. Very honest, hardworking people.

"I purchased the Big Deal Promo. from Angies List for basically a garage door tune up that included adjustments
and replacing the steel rollers with nylon rollers for both my two car and one car garage door.
As soon as Roger arrived and took a look at both garage doors he indicated to me that the two car garage door already had the nylon rollers installed in it
and would only need some adjustments made to the spring. Roger gave me a credit for the two car garage door service that I purchased
and made the adjustments that it needed at no charge. He did service the one car garage door and replaced the rollers which made a huge difference.
The door is now very quiet when opening and closing. I really appreciate Rogers honesty in regards to the two car garage door already having the nylon rollers and providing me with a credit.
I will definitely use Roger again and highly recommend him."
